If you are not fully satisfied with the artwork you, may return the item within 7 days after receipt of your shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including return shipping costs)
*Do not ship the artwork before contacting me to inform me you wish to do so.. The artwork must then be shipped within 3 days of contacting me.
I cannot exchange items damaged during shipping and I cannot accept items returned after 7 days of receipt. Any artwork that is received damaged must be reported to me and the carrier at the time they are received.
Returned items should be undamaged and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.
